This policy explains what personal information Every Shot LLC (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit everyshot.tech or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number (if given), shipping and billing address, the items you buy, and your order history. Payment card details go straight to our payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
When you create an account: your email address, a password (stored encrypted), and the addresses you save.
When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in your message, such as order numbers or photos.
When you sign up for emails: your email address and whether you open our emails.
Automatically, when you browse: your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit, recorded in our server logs. Our store also uses cookies (see below).
How we use it
- To take payment, make and ship your order, and send order and shipping updates
- To handle returns, replacements, refunds and questions
- To calculate sales tax
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure
- To send marketing emails, only if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements
Who we share it with
We share only what each company needs to do its job for us:
- Printful: makes and ships your order, so it receives your name, shipping address and order details.
- Payment processors: Stripe and WooPayments (cards), PayPal, and, if you choose them at checkout, Affirm, Afterpay or Klarna. Each handles your payment under its own privacy policy.
- Stripe Tax: receives your address and order total to calculate sales tax.
- Hostinger: hosts our website and runs our marketing emails.
- Shipping carriers: receive your name and address to deliver your order.
- Authorities: when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or prevent fraud.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-site advertising.
Cookies
Our store uses cookies that are needed for it to work: they keep items in your cart, keep you signed in, and protect checkout from fraud. Our payment processors set their own cookies during checkout for fraud prevention. We do not currently use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy first.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally 7 years). Account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account. Email signup details are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for a short period for security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information, except what we must keep by law (such as order records for tax)
- Stop sending you marketing emails
Email belard@everyshot.tech and we will reply within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy law, and we will honour them.
Security
The whole site runs over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and payments are handled by processors that meet card-industry security standards. No website is perfectly secure, but we limit who can access your information and what we keep.
Children
Our store is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
