These terms apply to your use of everyshot.tech and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by Every Shot LLC, 2304 Driftwood Ln, Hanover Park, IL 60133 (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
- We ship to addresses in the United States only.
2. Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and address.
- Payment is taken when you place your order. Card details are handled by our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal); we never see or store your full card number.
3. Production and delivery
- Products are made to order by our fulfilment partner. Production usually takes 2–7 business days, plus shipping time.
- Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
- Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier’s confirmed address.
4. Product details
- We try to show colours and details accurately, but screens vary and slight differences in colour, print placement and embroidery are normal for made-to-order products.
- Sizes follow the size chart on each product page.
5. Returns and refunds
See our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
6. Discount codes
Discount codes can’t be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. One use per customer unless stated.
7. Intellectual property
The Every Shot name, star logo, “Mind Over Moment” and all site content belong to Every Shot LLC. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
